Welcome! Great Neck Counseling Center

Hello and Welcome to the Center for Relationship Repair!

Are you struggling to succeed at your romantic, family or professional relationship(s)? If you are, I know why you are here: life feels so difficult when you aren't getting along well with the people you care about most, doesn't it?

I understand that you may be going through a really hard time right now -- there is no need to suffer when compassionate and effective counseling is available. I work hard to provide compassionate and insightful counseling, using only evidence-based techniques, to help you resolve issues challenging your emotional well-being and help you build the best life possible. Our focus will be on rapid symptom reduction with a focus on helping you take your first steps on your path to greater happiness.

In the comfort of your own homes, offices, gardens (or sometimes even cars!) I provide counseling via Zoom and/or telephone to Individuals, Couples and Families. I will work closely with you to help you improve your relationships, minimize your emotional distress and self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, so that you may lead a life that is worth celebrating. Together, we will examine your long-standing behavior patterns and/or unhelpful perceptions, and teach you easily-implemented alternatives. For those who seek Sex Therapy, I am also a Professor of Sexology, having taught "Clinical Treatments of Male Sexual Dysfunction" for many years. I have also had the experience of teaching at Columbia University's Applied Psychology Counseling program for 13 semesters.

If you desire extra support and guidance through a particularly challenging situation, seek improved relationships with yourself and others, or you are just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I would love to work with you. Our work together will remain completely confidential, and will be a safe place for you to heal and for your issues and concerns to be heard. Please contact me with any questions that you may have
