I practice a specialized form of therapy called Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), which is the most effective form of CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), known for its rapid symptom reduction. Furthermore, studies have shown that reducing anxiety and depression with cognitive behavior therapy also can re-balance brain chemicals and create new neural pathways to reduce or eliminate physical symptoms of stress which contribute to headache, fatigue, and other maladies that exacerbate emotional pain.
